The International Election Observation Mission of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) met with the International Election Observation Mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) within the framework of the observation of the Early Elections for the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on 28 November 2025. 

During the meeting the Parties discussed issues related to coordination, information exchange, and preparations for upcoming activities within the framework of the election observation process. They emphasized the importance of well-coordinated efforts and the consistent sharing of analytical materials to ensure the objectivity and overall effectiveness of the Mission’s work.
