On 20 December 2025, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), visited the Silk Road Innovation Hub in California, where he also met with Mr. Aset Abdualiyev, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Hub. 

During the visit, the Secretary General was briefed on the Hub’s activities, flagship initiatives, and operational model, including its work on startup acceleration, innovation support, and ecosystem building, as well as its medium- and long-term development plans.
