On 23 May 2025, Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Merey Mukazhan held a meeting with the delegation members of Turkish Transplant Foundation led by Dr. Eyüp Kahveci, President of Turkish Transplant Foundation, in Istanbul.

The discussions focused on advancing joint capacity-building programs and knowledge exchange among the Member States of the OTS in line with the Protocol of Intent between the Ministers of Health of the Organization of Turkic States on Creation of the “TURKTRANSPLANT” Unified Information System, signed in Shusha on the occasion of the 4th Meeting of Health Ministers of the OTS on 8 October 2024.
