The 3rd Meeting of the Presidents of the Councils of Judges of the Organization of Turkic States was held on 19 June 2025 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Meeting was hosted by H.E. Inam Karimov, Chief of the Judicial-Legal Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and attended by H.E. Aida Seidakmatova, President of the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic, H.E. Fuzuli Aydoğdu, Acting President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Türkiye, H.E. Kholmumin Yodgorov, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Yernar Begaliyev, Member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Bertan Özdağ, President of the Supreme Council of Judicature of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the OTS.

During the Meeting, Secretary General of the OTS delivered a speech and praised the development of the cooperation among the OTS countries in the field of judiciary, and mentioned the significance of the regularity of meetings among the Councils of Judges of the OTS in this regard.

The Presidents of the Councils of Judges presented information about the structures and activities of their respective institutions. They also stressed the importance of cooperation within the framework of the OTS, including within the OTS. The Presidents signed a Statute of the Network of the Councils of Judges of the OTS, which lays down the rules regarding structure and activities of the Network.

It was decided to convene the next Meeting in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2026.
