H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States received H.E. Ramil Hasan, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic States on 27 October 2025 at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.

During the Meeting, H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev expressed his congratulations to H.E. Ramil Hasan on his selection as the Secretary General of TURKPA and wished him success in his new post.

H. E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev and H.E. Ramil Hasan discussed ongoing events within the OTS and its related organization TURKPA, and they emphasized the importance of relations among the Parliaments of the Turkic countries.

The parties also exchanged their views on the activities of TURKPA and further effective cooperation between the OTS and TURKPA, as well as cooperation within the framework of the Coordination Committee of the Turkic Cooperation Organizations of the OTS.
