The 61st Meeting of the Senior Officials Committee (SOC) of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was convened on 2-4 October 2025 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting brought together representatives from the Foreign Ministries of the OTS Member States to review progress in preparations, and to finalize the agenda for the forthcoming 12th OTS Summit, to be held on 7 October 2025 in Baku.
