On 31 October 2025, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), attended the inauguration of the 9th edition of the TRT World Forum, held in Istanbul under the auspices of H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, under the theme “The Global Reset: From the Old Order to New Realities".

The Forum, inaugurated by President Erdoğan, brought together over 2,000 participants and 132 distinguished speakers from 35 countries, providing an international platform to seek innovative solutions to global challenges. In light of the world’s current complexities, the discussions aimed to promote inclusive dialogue on peace, security, and the evolving global order.

During the opening session, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a keynote speech outlining Türkiye’s vision for dialogue and cooperation amid global transformations.

On the margins of the event, Secretary General Omuraliev held talks with his counterparts and participated in the afternoon thematic sessions.
