The final group of interns has now successfully completed their internship at the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Istanbul. This session brought together another distinguished group of students from the Turkic World: Ms. Perizat Nurbekova from Bursa Technical University, Ms. Ece Oranköylü from Istanbul University, Mr. Ergash Pardaev from Koç University, and Mr. Nodirjon Murodov from Istanbul University.

The interns were actively integrated into the Secretariat's functions, acquiring practical skills and supporting substantive work in the Organization’s main cooperation areas. A key aspect of their contribution involved supporting the preparations for the 12th Summit of the OTS held on 7 October 2025 in Gabala, Azerbaijan. This experience provided the participants with unique professional development opportunities within a multilateral environment.

The internship program was designed to be beneficial mutually, offering interns immersive learning while inviting fresh perspectives into the OTS.  This program reaffirmed its role as platform for professional development and international exchange.

The internship program has firmly established itself as a cornerstone for fostering talent and international cooperation, with plans already underway to continue this impactful initiative in the near future.
