The 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held on 6–7 October 2025 in Gabala, Republic of Azerbaijan, under the theme “Regional Peace and Security”.
The Summit will convene the esteemed Heads of State and Government of the OTS Member States and Observers together with their delegations, to deliberate on pressing regional and international issues, enhance cooperation, and adopt key documents aimed at further advancing unity, peace, and prosperity across the Turkic World.
As part of the official program, the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OTS will also meet prior to the session of the Council of Heads of State.
This landmark gathering in Azerbaijan’s historic city of Gabala symbolizes the convergence of history and modernity, and reflects the OTS’s collective vision of building stronger ties of friendship, solidarity, and partnership among the Turkic States.
