11th Meeting of the Official Foreign Policy Research Centers of the Organization of Turkic States was held on 29 September 2025 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Analysis of International Relations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and attended bu the Representatives from the Official Foreign Policy Research Centers of the Members States and Observers, as well as Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS.

During the Meeting, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS delivered a speech and mentioned the importance of the further strengthening the cooperation among the OTS countries, as well as the increasing role of the OTS in international arena.

The Participants presented the information on the bilateral relations with the OTS countries, and exchanged their views on the more effective cooperation within the OTS.
