The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, participated in the Berlin Foreign Policy Forum held on 25 November 2025 in Berlin by the invitation of the German side. 

The Forum, convened annually by the Körber-Stiftung in cooperation with the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, serves as a platform for discussions on current issues of German and European foreign policy. 

Forum 2025 was opened by H.E. Johann Wadephul, Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany. During the event, participants reviewed key developments related to European and global security, international cooperation, energy transition, digital transformation, and other areas included in the Forum’s agenda.  

On the margins of the Forum, the Secretary General met with representatives of government institutions, international organizations, think tanks and analytical centers. In this context, he exchanged views with H.E. Bernhard Kotsch, State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, H.E. Luigi Di Maio, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy and Dr. Thomas Paulsen,  Chairman of the Executive Board of the Körber-Stiftung. The sides discussed issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on the continuation of the dialogue.
