H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), addressed at the 3rd Multilateral Youth Exchange Program on 19 August 2025 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, organized within the framework of Almaty’s designation as the Youth Capital of the Turkic World 2025. The event was attended by delegations from the Member States and Observers, as well as the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). 

In his address, Ambassador Omuraliev stated that the program launched under the Memorandum of Understanding on Multilateral and Bilateral Youth and Youth Workers Exchange Programs, signed in Tashkent in 2021, with the vision to foster lasting ties among the youth of the Turkic World.  

Highlighting the success of previous programs in Türkiye (2022) and Azerbaijan (2024), Secretary General underlined the importance of investing in young people as the most strategic investment in the region’s future.
