On behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and on my own behalf, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes to the brotherly nation of Turkmenistan on the occasion of its Independence Day.
Since gaining independence, Turkmenistan has achieved remarkable milestones in nation-building, economic growth and international cooperation. The continued success and progress of Turkmenistan are a source of immense pride for the Turkic world. We highly commend Turkmenistan's contributions to regional stability and its efforts in promoting unity and solidarity within the global community.
Turkmenistan remains a valued member our family and the bond between our brotherly Turkic nations grows stronger with each passing year.  We eagerly anticipate deepening our cooperation for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Once again, I convey my warmest congratulations to the people and Government of Turkmenistan and wish the nation continued success, peace and prosperity in the years to come.
